The City of Bandera, Texas is seeking to enter into a services contract with a competent administration/management firm/professional service provider to assist the City in preparing an application for and in the overall management of its proposed CDBG-MIT project, if funded by the Texas General Land Office Community Development & Revitalization (GLO). The following outlines the request for proposals. This is not a bid/quotation for the lowest price, and as such, the lowest price proposed will not guarantee an award recommendation. The proposals will be evaluated based upon criteria formulated around the most important features of the service, of which quality, references, availability or capability, may be overriding factors.
