The City of Bandera is seeking qualified Engineering/Architectural services. These services are being solicited to assist the City of Bandera in its application and project implementation of a contract, if awarded, from the 2023 Texas Rural Economic Development program under the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program of the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). The City of Bandera will be applying for such funding to support one or more of the priority projects identified in the City’s 2025-2035 Rural Economic Development Plan:

Wastewater Treatment System Upgrades, Bandera City Park Improvements, Water Conservation and Reclamation Program, Mobility and Accessibility Improvements, Historic Jailhouse & Courthouse Area Beautification, Education Center, Medical Center.

The submission requirements for this proposal are also included on the attached Request for Qualifications (RFQ) form. Firms and/or individuals should have past experience with federally funded programs. Please submit a proposal of services and statement of qualifications to:

The deadline for submission of proposals is 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 28, 2025. The City of Bandera reserves the right to negotiate with any and all persons or firms submitting proposals, per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Texas Grant and Contract Management Standards.
