Request for Proposal - Professional Grant Administration Services

The City of Bandera, Texas, is seeking to enter into a services contract with a competent administration/management firm/professional service provider to assist the City in the execution and management of a Texas Department of Agriculture Rural Economic Development Grant project. The following outlines the request for proposals. This is not a bid/quotation for the lowest price, and as such, the lowest price proposed will not guarantee an award recommendation. The proposals will be evaluated based upon criteria formulated around the most important features of the service, of which quality, references, availability or capability, may be overriding factors.
