Request for Proposal (RFP) - TxDOT TA Grant Administration Services

The City of Bandera, Texas (the “City”) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to provide project management, grant administration, engineering, and related professional services for the City’s awarded TxDOT Transportation Alternatives (TA) grant. Services will include oversight and coordination through preliminary engineering, environmental compliance, design, bidding, construction, and project closeout in accordance with TxDOT and FHWA requirements.
