The City of Bandera is divided into a number of departments that are responsible for different aspects of city government under the direction of the City Administrator. Department heads have operation responsibility for each department, and ensure that we are effectively and efficiently fulfilling our strategic goals and strategic focus areas approved by City Council to further the City's objective.
